GRUPO PRILUX HAS INCORPORATED IN ITS MANUFACTURE OF MADE IN SPAIN PRODUCTS A NEW SPECIFIC QUALITY CONTROL TO CHECK THE ELECTRICAL SAFETY.
Grupo Prilux has incorporated in its manufacture of Made In Spain products a new specific quality control to check the electrical safety.
During 2016 Grupo Prilux has incorporated in its manufacture of Made In Spain products a new specific quality control to check the electrical safety. This test allows to verify at the end of production that the equipment manufactured meets the basic requirements of the standard UNE-EN60598 electrical safety in luminaires.
All this has been made possible thanks to a significant investment in test equipment specific to LED technology that in addition to performing several tests of electrical safety allows to check the power and power factor of each equipment turned on.
This check at the end of the production of our luminaires allows to detect defects in materials, insufficient connections and incorrect assemblies. All this guaranteeing the electrical safety of the product facing the user and installer, since it verifies that there is no loose or poorly connected cable that can be released during installation of the luminaire and that can cause an electric shock to the installer if the loose cable It will come in contact with the casing.
